1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at focusspirebase.click or enrolling in any technical analysis training program, Chart Lab session, or bespoke mentorship offered by Focus Spire Base Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Thailand. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or participating in our instructional programs.

2. Nature of Services & Educational Disclaimer

Focus Spire Base Co., Ltd. provides strictly educational instruction, chart analysis frameworks, historical replay drills, and risk-management training.

• No Financial Advice: Our courses, casebooks, and lab instructors do not provide personalized investment advice, financial planning, portfolio management, or trade recommendation alerts.
• Educational Case Studies: All chart patterns, historical market replays, and reversal blueprints presented in our classroom or publications are solely for academic and technical instruction.
• Market Risk Recognition: Trading and analyzing financial instruments carries inherent risks of capital loss. Participants are solely responsible for any decisions made in their personal market accounts outside our training facility.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All course syllabi, hardbound workbooks, chart casebook annotations, video recordings, diagrams, and written curriculum materials produced by Focus Spire Base Co., Ltd. are the exclusive intellectual property of the company protected under Thai and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or public dissemination of our training materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Enrollment, Seat Caps & Attendance

To preserve the high-touch quality of our instruction, cohort sizes for the Reversal Signal Mastery Intensive are strictly capped at 12 participants, Weekend Clinics at 10 attendees, and Private Mentorship at 3 clients per quarter. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of formal enrollment confirmation from our administration.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Focus Spire Base Co., Ltd., its directors, instructors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in our training programs or reliance on technical chart methodologies taught in our seminars.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
